Nak kurus? Nak gemuk?

Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph


Tengok cermin cepat
haa okay let's move to the next point

Simple exercise
untuk newbie macam kita kita ni
kalau you guys mampu
bolehlah buat rack pull or suitcase deadlift
but as for me
I'm more into light exercise first
this one should be in your list okay

Simple kan?
no matter la you guys tu ectomorph, endomorph or mesomorph
make sure buat selalu
jangan ponteng tau

Diet meal plan
okay first kita tengok ectomorph


yang ni untuk mesomorph


and last sekali
untuk endomorph




Senang kan?
insyaAllah boleh fit and stay healthy
syaratnya kena istiqamah lah ye
